Tommy DeVietro graduated from Monsignor Bonner in 2003. He
transferred there halfway through his junior year and was a second team
All-Catholic football player (at RB) as a senior.

Right out of high school, he joined the Army for patriotic reasons.
Tommy has used the website to help keep in touch with Bonner FB
and has sent some pics from Puerto Rico, where he's now stationed (as
of July 2008). Click here to see the pics.
We wish him, and all members of our military forces, the best.

If you'd like to contact Tommy and wish him well, here's his
e-mail address . . . udloner@hotmail.com.

  Here's Tommy's latest email, dated 7/20/08 . . .
This is Tommy DeVietro from Monsignor Bonner. It has been awhile but I still try as much as possible to update myself on currrent events with our high school area sports. I am currently on mission right now on USARSO ( United States Army South Operations) As I type I am in San Juan Peurto Rico. Tuesday I will be heading to Guantonomo Bay Prison in Cuba. I have been to Suriname in South America, Beliz, Honduras, and ST. Thomas ( very nice). I have been out over a year now and should be returning sometime in September/October time frame. Hopefully I will be able to catch some football games. Anyway, I took some pictures with some local villagers in the Suriname jungles. Myself and another went from village to village on our down time bringing first aid supplies and some treats to the little ones. The experience has been great, lots of international cohesiveness. Alright, so I'll send the pics and hopefully they get through. The ones on the site were from 05/06 iraq when I was a CPL. I am now a staff sergeant if that helps with updated information and I am originally stationed out of Ft. Eustis, VA when not out on mission. Thanks again for all you do for Philadelphia area sports...
Sincerely,
     SGT DeVietro, Thomas V.
