There are three divisions -- A and B have 9 teams apiece; C has 18.
   Teams in Divisions A and B teams will play 16 games apiece (home/away). Teams
in Division C will play 17 games.
   Classifications: 1=Class A, 2=Class AA, 3=Class AAA. All others are Class AAA.
   Playoffs: 20 teams total. AAAA will have 12 (8 from Division A, 3 from B, 1 from C);
AAA will have 4 (2 from B, 2 from C). AA will have 4 (1 from A, 2 from B, 1 from C;
A teams will "play up" to AA.)
