This picture was sent to us by Dave Clough, a star at the old St. James in Chester. Other
Catholic League players are Todd O'Neill, a RB from O'Hara; Mike Martin, a G from Bonner;
and Jim Delaney, a T from Bonner.

Former Pub stars Reuben White (Washington, RB) and
Vincent McDuffy (Dobbins) are starring for the Phila.
Scorpions, a minor league team based at Roxborough HS.

This photo is from the 1950 season and was taken at Frankford's Memorial Stadium. It was sent
by Mark Zehel, a Washington senior whose grandfather, Bill Gosnear, played for Frankford. (Not
sure if this Mr. Gosnear.)

The squad.

This is Northeast's 1950 squad. No. 22 (top, right) is Stan Bergey. His grandson, Mike Bergey, played for Judge and is now at East Stroudsburg.

This is a West Catholic vs. O'Hara game from 1968 at Bartram Field, 58th and Elmwood.
