Franklin FB Players Serve Community

  During the 2007 holiday season, members of Ben Franklin High's football
varsity helped Rev. Herbert Lusk, of Greater Exodus Baptist Church, hand
out Christmas baskets to needy families. Coach Ken Geiser sent two pictures
to detail the Electrons' involvement. By the way, Lusk was a running back
for the Eagles in the 1976, '77 and '78 seasons after earning All-American
honors at Long Beach State.
