  The Public League's 38th annual all-star event took place
April 2 at Ben Franklin High.
  Due to PIAA rules, only SENIORS were permitted to participate.
  There were two prelims and a feature attraction.
  **There were also contests for three-point shooters and slam-dunkers.**
