Philly vs. New York All-City Basketball Classic, 2013

   This high-quality tripleheader, involving most of the top underclassmen in these great
cities, will be played Sunday, Sept. 29, at Ben Franklin High, Broad and Green Streets,
   The freshman game will begin at 1 p.m., followed by the games for sophs then juniors.
