2017 PIAA Class AAA State Champs!

On March 23, at Hershey's Giant Center, Neumann-Goretti beat Lincoln Park, 89-58, to capture its seventh Class AAA state title in eight seasons and fourth in a row, thus tying the mark of Carlisle (1985-1988) and Kennedy Christian (1998-2001).
Coach Carl Arrigale became just the second basketball coach in state history to win a seventh crown, joining Farrell's Ed McCluskey (seven at AAA, then the highest level, from 1952-72). Also, the championship was Carl's 25th in 37 chances over 19 seasons (Catholic/City/State).
Quade Green (22), Dhamir "DaDa" Cosby-Roundtree (15), sub Christian Ings (13) and Mike Millsip (11) reached double figures in points and starter Noah Warren (nine) just missed.
